Hiro Iino is the Professional Development Services Manager at Iowa State Online, which is a part of Iowa State University. He oversees the development and management of non-credit micro-credential programs designed to help working professionals in the State of Iowa and beyond. These programs promote workforce development and help professionals thrive in their careers. Hiro has been an active member of the American Society of Engineering Education and Continuing Professional Development Division since 2007 and the UPCEA (Online and Professional Education Association) since 2019. He is also involved in the Conference for Industry and Education Collaboration Conference Management Team. Hiro holds an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction and a B.S. in Journalism and Mass Communication from Iowa State University.
