Katie Truedson, Director (2024-2027)
Coordinator, Instructional Technologies
Katie has worked for the University of Maryland for 25 years. She started her career assisting students with their housing options in the Department of Resident Life. In 2004 she began working for the Instructional Technologies Department in the A. James Clark School of Engineering. For close to 20 years she has helped provide graduate online engineering students with the courses needed to complete their Masters of Engineering Degree. She is responsible for the scheduling of all 6 studio classrooms in the Seigel Learning Center, as well as hiring the student staff needed to record classes each semester. Katie received her B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Maryland in 1997.
